Made with cane sugar, freeze dried blackberries and mint. This sugar has got to be one of my favorites. Somehow a beautifully subtle flavor that holds no punches and tastes incredible on vanilla ice cream. See Pairing section for recipe suggestions.

Ingredients: Demerara sugar, freeze dried blackberries, freeze dried mint. Contains 2% or less of ground rice hulls (anti-caking).

Freeze dried ingredients are sensitive to moisture. Avoid keeping open container in high humidity environments. Store in a cool, dry place.
